Little Footprint offers you two upgraded delivery options should you need your parcel sooner:

Royal Mail First Class Delivery/Priority Upgrade, priced at £3.25 (up to 5 working days for delivery), and

Royal Mail Special Delivery, priced at £6.95 (one working day, for orders placed before 12 noon; orders placed after 12 noon will be shipped the next working day).

We ship worldwide, with prices from as little as £3.95.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?
Although we make every effort to dispatch your item as soon as practically possible, (subject to product availability and any delays caused by peak or holiday periods), we ask that you allow up to 15 calendar posting days for delivery in the event that the post takes a little longer than anticipated, as recommended by Royal Mail.

Returns and Replacements

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied , please return the product(s) to us within 30 days, unworn and in the same condition as purchased with labels still attached. We will happily replace your item or offer you a full refund. Please note that unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying the postage costs to return the item. We recommend that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning goods to us as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. To return an item, please log in to your customer account and click on 'RMA' and follow the online instructions. Once we have received and verified your request you will receive an email with instructions on how to prepare your return parcel. Upon receipt of your return parcel we will process the refund, replacement or exchange. This may take up to 10 working days.

Refunds and Cancellations

If you are not entirely satisfied with our goods or service you have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt of your product(s). If goods have arrived in a damaged state or are incorrect we will refund postage costs. If, however, you simply change your mind then postage costs will not be refunded. In any circumstance, you must return the product to us in the same condition it was received in. To process a refund or to cancel an order please log in to your customer account and click on 'RMA' and follow the online instructions. Once we have received and verified your request you will receive an email with further instructions.

Little Footprint reserve the right to cancel orders if we have insufficient stock, we do not deliver to the location of your delivery address, or the products ordered by you are listed at an incorrect price due to an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. In any case where we cancel an order we will notify you by email and arrange a full refund within 10 working days of your order date. Little Footprint will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

When you return a product to us because you have cancelled the contract between us, and within the 30 day cooling off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible, and within 10 working days, provided you have returned the product to us in its original packaging. We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless it is damaged, in which case we will refund the postage costs. We advise that you receive a proof of postage Certificate from the Post Office when returning product(s), as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Product Descriptions
The description of the goods you order will, as far as possible, be as shown on our website at the time you placed your order. However, whilst every care is taken by us to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, the colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the website reproduction.
We are also subject to, and can accept no liability for, changes in specifications imposed upon us by our suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with goods you receive from us, you may return these in accordance with our returns policy.


Product Prices
The price of your order (exclusive of delivery) will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. However, they may be subject to change.
Every effort is made by us to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate when you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
If you choose to cancel your order we will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited to your credit card for the cancelled goods.


Tax Charges
The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.
Baby clothing products are excluded from VAT charges within the U.K.


Delivery Schedule
On receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch your goods as described above. Once goods have been despatched we will advise you by email.
If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email.
If we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment.
In the case of orders greater than 1 item goods may be despatched at different times.
